ORDERING, SHIPPING AND WARRANTY POLICY

Please read carefully before ordering !
Ordering process:
Since we are building costum-made oud for you  ,therefore if you like to order Bashir oud, we will ask you for a deposit.

The deposit or/and the total amount of the instrument is not refundable (according to the EU low for custom-made products )!!, so please be sure before you put your order.

Once the oud is ready for shippment, we'll ask you to transfer the rest of the amount and the shipping cost to us, and we'll send the oud to your address.Amount should be transfered  in 8 days.

According to the numbers of orders we recieve, some times manufacturing of one oud could take 5-6 months !.

Warranty:
Our Oud comes with 6 months of warranty from the date of recieving the instrument. 
Warranty does not includes damage caused by the buyer, wrong storaging and/or damage caused by the climate of the storage and minimal beauty flaw in the wood.

For shipping damages, please note that our instrument has shipping insurance.

In case of any damage/loss caused during shipping, please contact the courier service/shipping company!

All claims for damage or defects must be made within 48 hours of receiving the instrument.

Notes:

Since we are building custom made musical instruments therefore the ordering musical instrument is not refundable !!.

To return the instrument for repairs, please post it back in the original shipping box to our address and we'll send it back to you ones the repairs are done.

All shipping costs from and to our workshop in Budapest should be orgenized by the buyer

 Notes :During the time of the warrantiy if the instrument has been repaird by other maker or company with out our agreement  ,the warranty will be cancelled immediately !

All musical instruments prices are not includes the shipping ,packaging and insurance costs !.
